Even if it lies in a very central area of Venice in the Castello “ Sestiere “ ( quartier ) is very quiet being out of the mass tourism beaten path but at the same time close to everything. In fact it takes only a few minutes walk to the nearest public boat pier ( San Zaccaria-San Marco dock ) where all the major boat lines depart to all the most important destinations: Airport, Train Station, Parking Areas, Murano, Burano, Torcello, Venice-Lido.

Next to the apartment you can find everything you need for a pleasant stay like local Restaurants, bar as well as supermarkets, butchers, bakeries and chemist.

In Venice, people almost always get around on foot, therefore it is a great convenience to be just at a few minutes walk from the Saint Marc’s Cathedral and the Doge’s Palace, the Riva degli Schiavoni waterfront, the Rialto Bridge or the Biennale gardens and the Arsenale. And even because public transportation in Venice is very expensive, 7,5 euro each ticket.
